Index based upon the highest prime lending rate in the previous quarter.
Rate changes first day of each quarter.
Maximum rate is the lesser of 18% or maximum allowed by law. Minimum rate 5.50%.
Minimum Amount: $100.
Monthly Payment minimum: 4.00% of outstanding balance after each advance.
APR is equal to rate of instrument used as security PLUS APR listed.
Only Share Savings & Share Certificates are eligible.
Maximum Term for Pledged Share Savings is 12 months.
Pledged CD Term Loans cannot exceed actual maturity of CD.
