This is a 24-hour telephone service designed to give members immediate access to their Notre Dame Federal Credit Union accounts to acquire information or perform financial transactions.

• No transaction fee; toll free number available for long-distance access
• 24-hour access
• Account can be accessed by any touch-tone telephone
• Easy to follow instructions
• Personal Identification Number (PIN) is issued when the service is activated.
• Most common transactions:
  • Transfers within an account, such as from Savings into Share Draft Checking*
  • Loan payments taken from savings/checking
  • Line of Credit advances
  • Withdrawals from savings/checking*
  • Receive account balances
  • Checks that have cleared
  • Year-to-date dividends

* maximum of six transfers per month.
